Heat air makes full contact with the material.Being delivered and scattered through the high-speed warm air, water in the moist fabric is evaporated.

How does the rotary dryer work?

The uncooked fabric plate is organized without problems to permit adjustable perspective positions. The cloth to be dried is inserted into the rotary cylinder via the uncooked cloth plate. Hot air flows inside the cylinder inflicting the separation of water from the fabric through changing it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere. At this point, the cloth will become dry.

Application

Dryer are extensively used for the drying of straw briquette, charcoal, wooden pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wooden shavings, sawdust, gingko leaf, mulberry leaves and different fiber materials.
