Our factory covers an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, including three areas: welding workshop, machining workshop, and exhibition hall.

The welding workshop includes:
1. Laser cutting machine: Use CNC lathe to cut the material
2. Shearing machine: cutting the material
3. Plate rolling machine: curl the material
4. Bending machine: bend the material
5. Welding machine: weld the material
6. Hole-turning machine: Turn the material into holes

The machining workshop includes:
1. Mold hole turning machine: turn the mold into holes
2. Press wheel welding manipulator: weld the press wheel with wear-resistant materials
3. Press wheel polishing machine: Polish the press wheel
4. Bearing drilling machine: drilling bearings
5. Bearing polishing machine: polish the bearings
6. Dynamic balance correction instrument: correct the dynamic balance of the grinder rotor
7. Paint spray machine: spray paint the machine

The exhibition hall includes:
1.Chipper: break the raw materials into 3-5cm chips
2.Hammer mill:break chips into 6.8.10mm powder
3.Dryer: dry the wet powder to 10%~15% moisture
4.Pellet machine: press the dry powder into 6.8.10mm pellet
5.Cooler: cool down hot temperature pellet to room temperature
6.Packing machine: pack big bag pellet, 20-50kg/bag
